11pm-6:30am

Yes, that is how long Addi slept last night. But did I get that much sleep? Of course not. I was up at 3:30am (the normal time Addi wakes up), thinking she'll be up any time now. I think I got up every 15-20 minutes after that until she finally woke up at 6:30. Luckily, Clark got up with her for a little bit, then put her back down at 8am, and then she slept until 11am. Good Job, Addilyn. Let's hope this continues and is not just her teasing me. Now I have to think about why she slept through the night. Was it because she's ready and going to do it more often? Was it because last night she wouldn't nurse on the right side after eating for 8 minutes on the left side, so I gave her a 2 oz. bottle of formula to top her off? Or was it just a fluke thing? Whatever it was, it gives me hope that in the near future I will once again get more than 3-4 hours of sleep in a row. Cheers!

Oooo! I hope she's not just playing with you and will do it again tonight! My luck is never that good! I guess she is getting close to that age where she might do it though, still a little young for my kids!

Wow! Maybe it's cuz of the Babywise that you've been doing? Good luck in the future. Zach goes 10 hrs without eating now but wakes up wanting his binky or wants to be swaddled again (it gets cold in our place), so I'm still up once or twice a night helping him. I guess I could let him cry it out, but he goes right back to sleep after I wrap him and pop his binky back in, so it doesn't bother me too much. How's her tongue doing with breastfeeding?

I hope this continues. I don't know how you function on 3-4 hours of sleep. Good luck, and keep us updated. Be sure to put more pictures of her on your blog...I want to see how she is growing.

I know that feeling. My kids were so unpredictable that I finally learned to just sleep through feedings. :) I hope it's for real for you. That would be a good night's sleep for a nursing mom.

Thanks everyone! Addi slept again from 11pm to 6am this past night. Of course, I gave her an extra ounce of formula after I nursed her last night. She's doing really good. She nurses a lot better. She's growing so fast. I think she weighs between 10 and 11 pounds now. She's starting to fill our her 0-3 month clothes and she's only 7 weeks old. I didn't really bring many bigger clothes, so I hope she doesn't get too big too fast. We come home on her 3 month birthday.
