Recipe Help

So, my family has just started doing The Biggest Loser and we're all gung ho. I'm looking for any recipes without meat. I love meat and have lots of recipes with all kinds of meat, but we're going to try to go meatless a couple times a week. Any ideas?

Cottage cheese is a great protein. It works with baked potatoes (whichever kind you like), pastas, salads, etc. We work that in whenever possible. But if you don't like it....well...

I have a few new recipes I really like that I am going to post on the biggest loser site...coming soon. They incorporate a lot of veggies too, which is great.

Go BLUE team

...Bob is the blue team trainer...duh! I would speak up for the red team, before you have to be black and be on Jillian's team. I am NOT a fan of Jillian's!
I;ll send you a bunch as soon as I get my crazy life back in order! It has been so hectic!

My parents just did a special diet that my mom's naturopathic doctor recommended. (I'm still working on that, btw, and hope to get a name to you by next week.) One of the recipes they tried was Parimigian Tofu, which sounds really disgusting but they said was really good. It was kind of like fried mozzarella only not cheese and not fried if that makes any sense at all. I'm guessing you're probably not interested in the recipe but I have it if you want it. Tofu is a great protein and ends up tasting like whatever ingredients you put with it. Might be an interesting experiment. :)

Mans, I have a great recipe for spaghetti made with spaghetti squash (instead of pasta). It is so delicious. I'll email you the recipe, if you want it.

Sounds like fun! How is your family doing "the biggest loser"? Have you divided up into teams within your family, or what? You'll have to explain it to me because from what I'm guessing it sounds like a great idea!
