I thought I was back...
but then I got mastitis, which put me out for a couple of days. For those of you who have had it, you know what I'm talking about. For those of you who haven't, be grateful. I'm finally getting over that.
I started a new medication at the same time, and wouldn't you know it has side effects that seem to be taking over my life. For one, (now don't be grossed out by this) it causes my entire body to sweat a lot at night. I'm talking my entire body, even my shins and my forearms. You know, the kind of places you always knew could sweat but never thought would. The first morning I woke up completely drenched and freezing. Even my sheets were drenched. Needless to say, I haven't been sleeping well since. I've tried sleeping on the floor in front of the fire place and that seems to help slightly, but who likes to sleep on the floor (besides my husband)? So my first reason for not blogging is that I'm tired.
Side effect number two is that it has made my mind unable to think. Sounds impossible right. If you've ever had a baby, you probably know what I'm talking about, but times that by about three, and that's how I feel right now. I'm kind of just in a cloud. So don't ask me to do anything responsible or important, because I'll most likely forget. Hence my creative blogging ability is GONZO. If you've read this post and it doesn't make much sense, you understand.
So, once again, forgive my blogging fast. I know you are all going through "British Adventure" withdrawals. Which reminds me, I should probably change that name. Any creative ideas?
I hope to be up and going within the week. Blog on my dear posse!

Hope you start feeling better soon. I sweat really bad after giving birth. Same thing, in places I didn't know you could.
While I am sure the medicine can cause you to feel about out of it, I read a story online last week and then saw it on the national news the next day. They are claiming that many moms experience "Momnesia" after having a baby. If you ask any mother out there, we all would agree that our memories seem to go with our children (hormones and loss of sleep). Now we just have clinical proof to back it up!
No ideas for a cute blog title. I often think my creative juices died long ago!
Now get some rest and hurry back. You've been missed!!
come back.
I found Anna-Lena Nielson's blog. Do you remember her? You can check it out from mine.
