A New Do

Kimball told me this morning that I needed to do Addi's hair different. He suggested I put it in ponytails on the sides. I really didn't think her hair was long enough in some areas for it to work, but we gave it a shot. Here's how it turned out.

Okay, so they're not exactly even. Other than that, I thought it turned out rather well, although by the time we got to church part of the back had come out. By the time we left church, most of the front had come out. By the time Addi's nap was over, she no longer had ponytails. Hopefully her hair will continue to grow and doing fun things with it will get easier.

Holy cow, I agree with Jenni - she's so big! And SO PRETTY! A girls' first pigtails is certainly blogworthy - glad you caught it on camera.

I love the pigtails. And I love that they're short. They're super cute that way, even if they don't stay in. Nice job, mom.
she is so stinkin cute and has gotten so much older!

WOW! She's gotten SO big. I loved it when my girls' hair was long enough to style. While I have very limited skills, I enjoy dolling them up each day with bows, braids and clips. It's a whole new world!
