Halloween

I figured since Thanksgiving is just around the corner, I'd better get posting about Halloween. We had a great Halloween this year, and thanks to our trip to Disneyland, the kids' costumes were easy to figure out. Mine and Clark's on the other hand, were a little more difficult. Thanks to my memory and my sister's creativity, Clark and I were dressed in full costume as we attended a party with friends.

The whole fam:

The oversized q-tips (my top was having difficulties), the Jedi Knight, Peter Pan, and of course Tinkerbell.

Sammy's school had a Halloween Carnival that was darling. It was all decked out with fun games and prizes. Sammy's favorite was the big blow-up slide.

Last year on Halloween (in England) my sweet neighbor, May, taught me how to make the yummiest dessert I've ever tasted, Icky Sticky Toffee Pudding. We loved it so much that we decided to make it an anual tradition. So to commemorate my time in England and with May, here's a picture of me making Icky Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Very creative costumes. I just went as a cat because it is easy to put on ears, wear black and paint on some whiskers.

Glad you had a fun Halloween.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

So much fun! We had a Jedi at our house, too, this year. I'm intrigued by the toffee pudding, too - sounds yummy!
